Established in Le Breuil, in the Marne Valley, Maison Pierre Mignon has been composing its exceptional Champagnes for five generations in the purest respect for tradition, whilst also welcoming innovation.

Expertse has been passed down from father to son. Pierre and Yveline Mignon operate the family-owned property and work alongside their two children: Céline, responsible for export and commercial relations, and Jean-Charles, in charge of the Vineyard and the Wines.

The 15-hectare vineyard is spread over the Marne Valley, the Côte des Blancs and Epernay. The planting is mainly Pinot Meunier (60%) complemented by Chardonnay on 30% of the plots and Pinot Noir, which covers 10% of the property.

The uniqueness and diversity of the land results in the composition of Great Champagnes of Character. A rigorous selection of grapes, meticulous assemblies, and an ageing period of at least three years guarantee the unwavering quality of the Champagnes.

The authentic expression of the land, largely dominated by the fruit of the Pinot Meunier, sublimating the Chardonnay, which is expressed in the immense subtlety of the Wines, Pierre and Jean-Charles are the authors of a supremely elegant product.

The Press and Fermenting facilities have been entirely redesigned and now cover 2,500 m²: an air conditioned and thermo regulated Fermenting Room and ultra-modern Presses. The Property has been enjoying considerable success for several years and currently produces more than 400,000 bottles.

Our Champagnes are enjoyed overseas, a market that represents 30% of our sales: England, Germany, South Africa, Spain, Japan, Russia, Switzerland, etc.
