<< BACK |
| Yup,
you heard us right the first time - Alliance Wine
now sells beer! Well, to be totally honest, we don't
sell just any beer, we sell the best beer in Australia
..and
now the U.K! |
|
 |
|
You
don't have to rely on our opinion either - Little Creatures
has won best international brewery and best Australasian
brewery at the Australian International Beer Awards.
 |
|
Little
Creatures is a micro-brewery housed in an ex crocodile
farm down by the water in Fremantle, Perth. As well
as being a bustling, happening night spot serving
great food, Little Creatures makes a pale ale to
die for. |
|
Outrageously aromatic, Little Creatures Pale Ale could
be mistaken for Gewurtztraminer if you weren't looking
at the inviting foamy head. One bottle and you're hooked
on those intoxicating crisp citrus, grapefruit and passionfruit
notes; tempted by the moreish bitterness on the finish.
| Anyone
who's been to Western Australia will have tried
Little Creatures - it's a cult. For those of you
who haven't been, you might like to know that this
is a wine drinker's beer. |

 |
|
The
first brewer was none other than Janice McDonald of
Stella
Bella fame and Phil Sexton, the founder of Devil's
Lair winery is also one of the directors of the brewery.
So, given the synergies available on the marketing side,
it seemed sensible to put Little Creatures in the same
stable as Stella Bella - after all, no tasting of Aussie
wine is complete without a beer or three to round it
off.

Pale
Ale, Little Creatures
This uniquely hoppy, aromatic brew has achieved
cult status in Australia in a very short space of
time. Little Creatures brewery, housed in a former
crocodile farm in Fremantle, Western Australia,
has in the same time scooped various awards including
best Australian brewery. Almost gewurz' like on
the nose with a crisp, palate and fruity, refreshing
finish, this is the perfect way to finish any wine
tasting! |
