The estate has been in Julia Kemper's familly for over 400 years and has always produced high quality wine. Julia's great, great uncle even won a gold medal for a wine produced on the estate at the Berlin wine fair in 1910!
More recently the farm had fallen into disrepair and the wine produced was consumed by the familly. Though originally a lawyer, Julia, with the encouragement of her father has taken over the estate determined to replicate the great wines that it produced in the last century and has spent the last 7 years carefully replanting the vineyards and equipping the small winery with a little help from familly friend Dirk Nieport.
Accolades from the world's top journalists have poured in since the first vintage in 2008 and the 2009 Branco was selected as one of Portugal's Top 50 wines.

Branco
A riot of tropical fruits including pineapple, melon and guava combined with refreshing crisp acidity and and long, intense mineral finish. A rich, generous and extremely fine wine which demonstrates that Portugal is capable of making world class white wines.

Tinto
A fresh, cherry-scented medium body wine with bright red fruits on both the nose and palate. Refreshing acidity and a moresih mineral back bone guarantees you'll want a second glass.
