CHATEAU DE FERRAND
Bordeaux, France
|
<< BACK |
The Château de Ferrand in the commune of Saint-Hippolyte was built during the reign of Louis XIV. It was purchased by Baron Bich in 1978 and is now the property of his children, who have kept the estate intact and renovated the buildings while preserving their original architectural style.
The Château de Ferrand is one of the few estates to offer mature (minimum of 5 years) Bordeaux wines suitable for further aging under the Saint-Emilion Grand Crus appellation.
The growing conditions and grape varieties give Château de Ferrand an exceptional capacity to produce Saint-Emilion Grand Crus that express all the qualities of this prestigious terroir.
