Castello di Meleto is like a Tuscan fairy tale. Standing at the end of a juniper and cypress lined avenue a kilometre from Gaiole in the heart of the Chianti Classico, surrounded by vineyards, olive trees and fields, the castle dates back to the 13th Century.

A superbly balanced medium bodied red with juicy red fruit character and hints of dried cherries and chocolate. The palate is structured but never heavy, supremely savoury and very moreish. Also available in half bottles |

CHIANTI CLASSICO RISERVA DOCG ‘VIGNA CASI’ CASTELLO DI MELETO
A beautifully constructed wine with complex, intense ripe dark fruits, hints of kirsch and integrated, smoky wood notes. The palate is concentrated but remains bright and taught with velvety texture and a long seamless finish. |
