Nuria joins us at a key time for the planned growth in the London on-trade market and we’re sure that her in-depth knowledge of both wine lists and the people that construct them will reap rewards. Travel (needless to say) is one of Nuria’s passions and when not drinking and eating, she uses Yoga to achieve a state of non alcohol induced calm! |
