Martin started his working life as a chef in the four star Marine Hotel in Troon before moving on to various hotels in Edinburgh.

An appreciation of the product led him to Alliance over 11 years ago and in that time, the size and breadth of our distribution has increased massively.

Alliance prides itself on having the best of service levels and Martin is very much in the front line when it comes to actioning them.

Martin has participated in many of our visits to suppliers and has the reputation for having a pretty sharp nose! Outside of work Martin enjoys motorsports, football and ice hockey.
