| Karen joined the company over 20 years ago when Alliance was very much in its infancy. With limited resources, she was involved in every aspect of the business other than the actual selling of the product. As the company has grown, Karen has been instrumental in building the strong operational and logistical structure, and gaining an M.B.A along the way has helped keep Alliance ahead of the pack. |
Karen is on the panel for the Prince's Scottish Youth Business trust and works for homeless charities in her spare time, she also enjoys traveling, motorbikes & boats.
