A
native of the Loire Valley, Chris came to Scotland
over 20 years ago having completed a business
degree in France.
He
naturally settled into a role selling wine to
private clients but soon realised that there was
potential to set up a business of his own.
|
In
1984, he joined forces with Jonathan Kennett, the chairman,
to form the Alliance Wine Company - and the rest is
history! Chris still maintains a loyal band of customers
but naturally spends much of his time involved in purchasing,
personnel and the general running of the company.
Something
of a "workaholic", Chris does now find the
time to take the occasional holiday to go skiing or
to soak up the sun and also enjoys running.
