Skuttlebutt

Many of you will have been aware of the existence of Skuttlebutt though perhaps you weren't really sure what it was all about. Well, it's another label from those talented sorts at Stella Bella and until recently has been seen in a major retailer near you.

However, from the 2005 Sauvignon Semillon Chardonnay and 2004 Shiraz Cabernet Merlot, these wines will be distributed in the Independent and On Trade sectors only.

Not short of accolades from people as assured as Matthew Jukes MW and Jancis Robinson MW, these are fun wines on the surface (like most of the Stella Bella Portfolio) but are pretty classy little numbers underneath. Together with a vibrant, sunglass inducing Rose, this is a quirky range of products that is more accessible for a wine by the glass introduction to the delights of Western Australia.
