Since
its introduction to our South African portfolio a couple
of year’s ago McGregor Winery has been highly successful,
winning some major listings and many friends. A cooperative
situated in the village of McGregor further up the Breede
River valley from Robertson, quality in the vineyard
and in the winery has never been higher.
| A
reflection of the increasing confidence of the winery
is the expansion of the distinctively packaged Winemaker’s
Reserve range which now includes a Sauvignon, Chardonnay
and Cabernet. Labelling on the regular range has
also been subtly improved. This tier of the range
includes a Chenin Blanc, Colombard Chardonnay, Ruby
Cabernet, Cabernet Merlot, Pinotage and Shiraz. |
