Santa Rosa, Argentina

Santa Rosa have been with us a while and produce great value, stylish drinking – not to mention some pretty cutting edge varietals such as Viognier and Zinfandel. This year we have been able to not only make the wines more competitive than ever but also to have a look at re-packaging them.

After some considerable investment, the new look Santa Rosa is here. Now with a more consistent “family” feel, the new labels are restrained, classy yet bold. Consistent branding, more obvious upselling opportunities but with the same fabulous quality, Santa Rosa is set to widen its appeal even further.

Receiving much attention at the moment (possibly due to the unseasonably warm temperatures – above 0C in April in Glasgow….unheard of) is the Santa Rosa Syrah Rose. With deep crimson hue and a vibrantly berry fruited character, this is going to be a summer stormer. Serve deeply chilled, with or without clothes for best effect!
