Very Fragrant, it has surprisingly supple fruit that is so ripe it tastes almost more like old-vine Grenache than Shiraz. Maybe this is the McLaren Vale gloss working its usual magic.

The wine is immensely flattering with its velvet texture, spreads itself to all corners of palate and could be much enjoyed immediately or in a year or two.
