At Alliance, wine is more than a drink – it is a way of life for all of our staff and for our producers. Far removed from the mass produced, identikit wines of others, we source intriguing, characterful wines from producers whose wines speak loudly of their sense of place.

Modern Classic Producers come to Alliance Wine because they know that we understand those striving to make and establish new wines in a competitive market - one of the reasons why we are IWC Agent of the Year! 1200 wines from 16 countries and a multitude of inspiring wine producers provide the core of our business and the stories behind our wines are the stories that will help you sell your wines more profitably and enjoyably. We’re UK agents for all of these wines so no need to worry about being undercut or compromised.

Our Own Production If you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em….well, that’s what we thought so over the last ten years we have established own production projects coupled with creative, authentic wines to give our customers the best of both worlds – great wines direct from the source.

The Complete Package Some companies offer wine, some offer wine with good service but Alliance offers the complete package from vineyard to shelf. We’ll source the wine, develop and design the brand, advise our customers, deliver the wine, manage their account and train their staff. You need something else? Just ask!

Commercial Acumen We love wine but we’re realistic – wine is there to be enjoyed but for most of you reading this, it also needs to provide an income. We’ll advise you wisely to construct the best wine lists, select the most innovative wines and then monitor and review how our business is working to create margin for you.

Training Most of your customers may not require in-depth knowledge to persuade them to buy but a little enthusiasm goes a long way. We’re WSET accredited and have two Masters of Wine to hand in order to provide you with bespoke training programmes. From the most basic level of understanding, where just sparking a little interest is the most important aspect, to in-depth, technical knowledge for aspiring MW students – it is all part of what we do every day.

Delivery It’s not what you say but how you say it. Delivery is more than our van arriving at your door – it’s about the experience you have when you speak to our customer services department, it’s about the efficient manner of our drivers and it’s about the smile on your customers’ faces when they taste our wines. You will have a dedicated customer service executive to look after your every need, in many areas we have our own vans to get the wine that last difficult mile and we monitor and control the quality of our wines at every stage. That’s what we call delivery!

Travel  We love to travel – it’s the only way to find the very best producers and understand what inspires them to make great wine.
